“As always, Phenix is very accommodating and great to talk to during the tattoo process. I had zero trouble getting from consultation to appointment. My appointment this time around was ~4 hours for a pretty large sleeve piece from my forearm to my bicep. I had to tap out a bit early because my body wasn’t liking the amount of pokey-pokey it was getting from the tattoo gun (I have another appointment to finish it up 😎), but even with it not being 100% finished, it looks absolutely stunning, and I got comments about it and questioned about where I got my tattoo done within 15 minutes after leaving when I was going to get some food post-appointment. I recommend Cowgirl Tattoo to anyone who wants quality tattoos and quality time at a great price, especially for anyone who wants to support local, women-owned businesses, and I am very excited to return to get the finishing touches done.”
